Dispenser - Includes a high profile circuitry designed by Visount Tech Team to control the Printer inside and to generate & maintain the incrementing counter. The customer on entry to the service Centre can obtain a ticket with his/her queue number and service Department printed. The unit provides the customized option of programming additional instructions and greetings to be printed on the ticket. The device has an off-line Memory as well.

Key Control – This unit is indeed a small computer which is directly connected to the CDU. It includes two keys for the Service official to announce the next number on the queue (Increment) or to denounce if a certain overlap occurs due to customer behavior. The pressing of the key rings the Bell (Optional) connected to the CDU to alert the waiting queue. It also includes a smaller Number Display for the operator to be aware of the current queue number being serviced. This will be kept on the Service Officer’s table and designed to take minimum space. The KCU can remember the last number called unless reset by operator.

Central Display – A large electronic Number display which will be placed at a location where all awaiting customers on queue can see it. The number displayed is synchronized with the current queue number kept on KCU by Service Official. The Unit emits a short melody sound for each increment or decrement of the displayed queue number. However, the audible note is made optional to suite multiple queue environments. The CDU is mounted on top of the counter or suspended from its ceiling. CDUs come in a variety of casings.

Station Display
This is a two digit add-on to the CDU used to announce the counter number where the customer has to proceed to. It can be fixed together with CDU or separately.
